Thornwood
- THOR.R1 Land at Tudor House – approximately 124 homes (split between two applications)
- Happy Grow Garden Centre - Outline application submitted for 65 dwellings - This application (EPF/2576/24) will be considered by the North Weald Bassett Planning Committee on Monday 27th January 2025.
- Tudor House - Permission granted for 113 dwellings
- THOR.R2 Land West of High Road – Permission granted for 62 homes
