| North Weald Burial Ground | North Weald Bassett Parish council burial ground is situated in Vicarage Lane, North Weald, close to St Andrews Church. The burial ground offers a tranquil and peaceful setting, in which there are areas for Burials, Cremated Remains, and Garden of Remembrance.
The Lawn cemetery offers a perfect resting place, with plots available for up to two burials and four urns of cremated remains. These plots can be pre-purchased or purchased when necessary.
The Cremated remains areas has four sections - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter - with the facility for the interment of up to four urns or caskets.
The Garden or Remembrance is an area where ashes can be scattered without a container under the soil and is also divided into four areas Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Rose bushes are available for purchase.
There is also a dedicated area for the interment of children.
Seats and trees are available to purchase as a memorial or dedication to a loved one, details of which can be obtained from Clerk to the Council.
