Allotments ANNUAL ALLOTMENT HOLDERS MEETING SUNDAY 5TH APRIL 2009 – 10AM Invitations have been sent out to all allotment holders inviting them to attend the annual allotment holders meeting being held at Thornwood Village Hall on Sunday 5th April 2009. If you would like to attend, and require a copy of the agenda, please go to our ‘Agenda’ pages. NOTE: Rent payments can be made on the day from 9.30am | The Council maintains three allotment sites. These are at North Weald, Hastingwood and Thornwood Common.
The rental charges for 2009/2010 are as follows: | | Plot Size | Annual Rental | | Small | £6.50 | | Medium | £8.50 | | Large | £10.50 |
| In March 2008, The Parish Council agreed a £12,000 investment to regenerate the North Weald and Hastingwood Allotments - work is almost complete and a regular programme of maintenance planned.
